This is a Parmesan-style, firmer Italian cheese with a kick of ginger, citrus and sesame flavors.
Fromagination also carries other flavors of BellaVitano, including Merlot, Black Pepper and Raspberry versions.
Sartori has roots in the cheese-making industry that date to the 1930s. It is family-owned and now run by the fourth generation of cheesemakers.
Sartori produces a number of artisan cheeses, several of which have won cheese competition awards.
