Made from pasteurized sheep milk.

Sweet Annie is a sheep milk Gouda cheese.  This cheese is indeed sweet, with a hint of butterscotch, and nutty.   It makes a blissful snack with a Sherry wine or Porter beer, and is delicious when melted on pies or a dessert bread.

It is named after Anna and Anna of Landmark Creamery in Albany and Paoli, Wisconsin.
