Saint Isidore’s Bandaged Cheddar is one of our most unique cheeses. Inga Orth has a dairy farm outside of Osseo, Wisconsin. This micro-dairy has about a dozen Jersey cows that are rotationally grazed and milked twice a day. St. Isidore is the smallest dairy that Fromagination partners with, and there is a very limited supply of cheese.

This was great cheese! Knowing Inga and her cows produced this, only makes it better. Bought a second pound for a friend’s birthday because she loves a good cheese too.
