This is 60 minutes with a Fromagination cheesemonger. Wisconsin leads the nation in artisan cheese production, so Wisconsin has many award-winning cheeses!
Join this class to learn about several of the best cheeses in the United States, if not the world. Whether it’s Cheddar, Gouda, Alpine-style or other cheese types, America’s Dairyland has excellent cheeses that will please your taste buds and your aethetic.
For this class, we will review some cheese competitions and awards, informing you about the Badger State winners that are now well-known.
