Fromagination offers the Artisan Cheese and Charcuterie Tray in two different tray types:

• Wisconsin: 100% local Wisconsin cheese – This selection includes three Wisconsin cheeses, each addition cheese is $2.00 per person
• Wisconsin Plus: Wisconsin cheese plus outstanding imports – This selection includes three cheeses each additional cheese is $2.00 extra per person

Each of these trays are one-of-a-kind assortments specially selected for you by our cheesemongers from around Wisconsin and potentially around the world! Cheeses and meats are cut by hand and presented in long wedges along side their perfect companion foods.

The Wisconsin-only assortment focuses on great well-aged versions of familiar cheeses like farmhouse cheddar and Dutch gouda.  The Wisconsin-Plus assortment gathers a selection of more exclusive cheeses that are at the peak of their flavor. Each tray includes an assortment of breads, nuts and crackers and is accompanied by a description of the cheese selected for you. This tray includes three cheeses and three types of cured meats, paired with companions such as dried fruits, crackers, olives, nuts, and crostini.
