This selection includes everything you need to build your own sandwich tray for your event. The Fromagination bread tray includes focaccia, honey wheat, tellera roll and three cheese bread. Meats include smoked turkey, roast beef and salami. Cheeses include Roth provolone, Roth Cheddar, French Brie and Roth Swiss cheese.

Other ingredients include lettuce, red onion and tomatoes.

Condiments Include Olive Tapenade, Fromagination’s Cranberry Relish, Quince & Apple Fig & Black Tea Preserves, housemade Romulade, homemade Maple Mayo and dill pickles.
