This gift set will make the perfect cheeseboard.  It contains five artisan cheese of various styles and milk types.  Every guest can choose a new favorite!

It contains 1/3 pound / five (5.3) ounces of each of the following:

• Wild Morel & Leek Jack, from Meister Cheese, has a distinctly herb-y flavor profile
• Grand Cru Original, from Roth Cheese, is an alpine-style (think Gruyere) nutty creation
• Vat 17 Cheddar, from Deer Creek, a tangy, award-winning cheese
• Foenegreek Gouda, from Marieke Gouda, an authentic, raw-milk stand-out
• Chandoka cheese from LaClare Creamery, a citrus-y, buttery, mixed-milk cheese that’s aged for 4 months.

They are paired with Potter’s Cranberry Crisps (5.3 oz. package), Potter’s Wisconsin Rye Crackers (5 oz.); Fromagination’s Cranberry Relish, Pear with Ginger and Honey Preserves, and Fig and Black Tea Preserves from Quince and Apple (1.5 oz. jars); Fortune Favor Candied Pecans (4 oz.),  and dried cranberries (3 oz.).

For even more pizzaz on your cheeseboard add 2-ounce links of some optional meats from Underground Meats: Finochionna, Wisco Old Fashion (with brandy), and Chorizo sausages.
