It’s delicious!…and not easy to find.  This is a Monterey Jack-style cheese with wild morels and leeks.

Meister Master Cheesemaker Larry Harris won the 2017 U.S. Cheese Championship Contest’s Best of Class for Monterey Jack cheeses.

Pairing suggestions: Underground Meats’ Summer Sausage, a Potter’s Classic White Cracker, and a hard cider.   We think it’s great melted into a quiche or over potatoes!
