Espresso BellaVitano cheese from Sartori, Plymouth, Wisconsin

This is a picture of the Fromagination cow

Made from pasteurized cow milk.

This is an expressly interesting variety of BellaVitano! It’s a young Parmesan, rolled in espresso.

The Sartori Company makes several other flavors, including Merlot, Raspberry, Black Pepper and Chardonnay.

By far one of my favorites is the Merlot version of this cheese. Very wine tasting, an even cheese that most will enjoy. I had the pepper version as well and it’s tasty but once you have the Merlot flavor you can’t go back!
