Carr Valley Cheese is located in La Valle, Wisconsin.  Its creative force is Wisconsin-certified Master Cheesemaker Sid Cook, whose family has made cheese for four generations.

Carr Valley offers a wide variety of cheeses, and other dairy products. It produces creations made from traditional cow milk, but also from sheep and goat milk…and some mixed-milk cheeses, too!
