Applewood Smoked Crackers
Potter’s Crackers was started by Peter Potter Weber and his mom, Nancy Potter, in 2006. Significantly, their mission is to produce products sustainably without sacrificing quality. They saw that Wisconsin was producing amazing cheese but there were no exceptional crackers to accompany them! Consequently, Pete is a food science graduate of the University of Wisconsin and Nancy previously owned the New Glarus Bakery for 25 years. In addition, these crackers are produced daily from scratch with locally sourced whole-wheat flour and local milk and butter in Madison, Wisconsin. In fact, Applewood Smoked crackers are just one type of cracker that Potter’s makes. Others include:

- Caramelized Onion
- Wisconsin Rye
Ingredients: Stone-ground wheat flour,* butter,* cracked wheat,* sugar,* salt, baking powder, black pepper,* and trace hazelnuts.*
