Potter’s crisps offer a different pairing to your cheese. Their crunchy, airy texture and complex flavor profile lend themselves well to soft cheeses.
Potter’s Crackers was started by Peter Potter Weber and his mom, Nancy Potter, in 2006. Their mission is to produce products sustainably without sacrificing quality. They saw that Wisconsin was producing amazing cheese but there were no exceptional crackers to accompany them! Not to mention these crackers are produced with locally sourced whole-wheat flour and local milk and butter in Madison, Wisconsin.
Ingredients: Wheat flour*, buttermilk*, raw cane sugar*, rolled oats*, hazelnuts*, cranberries*, raisins*, sesame seeds*, oranges*, baking soda and sea salt. *denotes organic ingredients
Suggested pairings: Hook’s Five Year Aged Cheddar cheese, Petit Nuage cheese, Hidden Springs Creamery’s Driftless (sheep) cheese. Try this festive crisp with goat cheese, mascarpone or a camembert. A treat to remember!
