Gabriel Coulet Roquefort cheese

The Coulet family has transmitted their savoir-faire for five generations, producing a classic cheese with well-developed and well-distributed pockets of blue and an exceptionally creamy texture  Their Roquefort has a wonderful creamy paste with a buttery texture, a peppery bite from the veining, and a nice salt finish.

Made in France.
