Willow Creek is a New Zealand-style Cheddar that is harder than most Cheddars, and has flavor notes of browned butter.

It is made with vegetarian rennet, and aged more than two years.

Pair Vintage Willow Creek with a pale ale, a Chardonnay or a Pinot Gris wine.

Red Barn’s younger version of this cheese is Edun, raw milk cheese.
