Who doesn’t love some squeaky-fresh cheese curds?! The curds coming out of Cedar Grove Cheese will have your taste buds yelling for more. The curds are hand-milled from cheddar slabs, firm, squeaky, and creamy. Then they pull them straight from the vat and bag them up.
These curds make the perfect poutine! Or try with a pasta salad or a cheesy vegetable soup. Melt on a pizza or make an addition to your skewer on your Bloody Mary!
History: In 1993, Cedar Grove Cheese was the first cheese producer in the United States to pledge that its products were rBGH-free.
Pairing suggestions: Put cheese curds on a cheeseboard with fresh fruit and/or vegetables.
