This gift set includes three quite unique Wisconsin artisan kinds of cheese:  Carr Valley Mobay,  Deer Creek Vat 17, and Roth Grand Cru Reserve.

Mobay, from Carr Valley Cheese, is an homage to the French Morbier and is a combination of sheep and goat milk cheese, separated by a line of vegetable ash. Vat 17 Cheddar is Deer Creek Cheese’s special tangy, nutty creation which won 1st Place in 2019 from the American Cheese Society competition. Grand Cru Reserve, from Roth Cheese, is a traditional Alpine (“Swiss”) style cheese – an unsurpassed cooking/grating cheese!

It also includes three Quince & Apple preserves, Fortune Favors’ candied pecans, Potters Wisconsin Rye Crackers, Cranberry Crisps, and dried Wisconsin cranberries (3 oz.)

The gift set version with meat includes Finocchiona, Spanish Chorizo and Wisco Old Fashioned Salami from Underground Meats.
