Made from pasteurized cow milk, featuring vegetarian rennet.

This is a Hook’s Blue that is a great introductory blue cheese for people who think they don’t like blue cheese. It is a double-cream blue, hence very creamy, slightly sweet with pleasant tang.

Hook’s Cheese is located in Mineral Point, Wisconsin.

Hook’s Blue Paradise cheese

One of Hook’s many excellent Blue cheeses, but a double-cream version.

Tony and Julie Hook have been making cheese in Wisconsin for more than 30 years. Starting out as a fairly small operation, the Hooks made primarily Cheddar and Swiss cheeses. Some years later they expanded to Colby, Monterey Jack, and flavored Jacks and eventually they grew to such an extent that they needed to find a larger working space. Many more artisan cheeses and awards later, the Hooks now make cheese from their Mineral Point location in southwestern Wisconsin.
