This conserve is an exquisite combination of tart and aromatic tea.  It provides a lovely counterpoint to triple creme soft cheese, a Blue, or a full-flavored Gouda.

Tart Cherry and White Tea Conserve

Tart Door County cherries float in a delicate jelly of jasmine flowers and white tea. It’s nearly seductive with a creamy blue or full-fat soft rind cheese.  Or use it on a shortcake with fresh whipped cream!  Tart Cherry and White Tea Conserve is just one conserve that Quince & Apple offers.

Quince & Apple is a local producer of fine conserves and syrups.  Tart Cherry and White Tea Conserve is made at Quince & Apple, along with many other favorites sold in our shop!  Clare and Matt, original owners of Quince & Apple, became experts at small-batch, artisan conserves and syrups.

Now, our focus is pairing these great conserves with delicious Wisconsin artisan cheeses.

Ingredients: Tart cherries, water, tea blend (green tea, white tea, jasmine flowers), sugar, lemon juice and pectin.

Pairing suggestions:  Hook’s Original Blue cheese.
