A cake of cheese, for weddings, parties or other special occasions, is a Fromagination specialty.  Since 2015, Fromagination has been stacking wheels of artisan cheese, from Wisconsin and other sources, to make these cakes.

We create our offerings to your specifications, and tastes.  The Fromagination cheesemongers will consider your budget, visual aesthetic, tastebuds and number of guests in recommending each cake.

Your choice may be a delicate 2 or 3-tier creation of soft cheeses such as chevre or Brie.  Or it may be a multi-tiered monument to matrimony anchored by a large wheel of Pleasant Ridge Reserve.
